Join us for a friendly evening of Revolutionary War local historians and reenactors at the Watchtower Brewing Company. Get to know the Colonel Aquila Hall Chapter of the Maryland Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. Craft beers on tap, sodas, and water available.

Armed Forces Day recognizes and honors the men and women currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. The American Legion, Bernard L. Tobin Post 128 in Aberdeen, MD and Aberdeen 250 host a day of honoring current service members, entertainment, and history.

Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route Parade
"Rails, Cans & Community" Family Fun Day
In 1781, General George Washington, leading the Continental troops, and General Jean-Baptiste Rochambeau, leading the French troops, progressed down the Post Road in the Aberdeen area. Their march from Rhode Island took them to Yorktown, Virginia for the decisive battle against the British at Yorktown.
Aberdeen 250's parade and ceremony commemorate that historic march, the largest troop movement in the Revolutionary War.
