Aberdeen Porchfest 2026
Downtown Aberdeen
Aberdeen’s inaugural Porchfest will be on Saturday, May 16, from 1:00–4:00 pm along historic W. Bel Air Avenue area from the B&O Train Station to about Ray Avenue. PorchFest is a community music festival where musicians perform on neighborhood porches, lawns, driveways, or other outdoor spots — and audiences stroll from house to house to enjoy live music. It’s free and family-friendly, and it celebrates local talent and community spirit rather than big commercial acts. Homeowners volunteer their porches as mini-stages, and local performers sign up to play short sets throughout the day. The idea started in Ithaca, New York, in 2007, and has since spread to hundreds of towns and cities across the U.S. and Canada. Contact [email protected] with questions.
